The Relationship Centre
One of the best therapists in Belfast. I went to see Cathy for issues I was having and I knew from the first appointment that she was a therapist that could actually help me.I was having strong recurring emotional problems that I just could not understand why I was having them, and didnt have a clue how to cope with them. I felt so miserable and stuck. Cathy listens so well and has taught me so much. I continue to see her because I gain so much insight and value from our sessions. If you want to work on yourself and get deeper insight into healing trauma, she's your woman.
