An absolutely beautiful, character building based in the commercial district of Liverpool. Originally built as offices for cotton traders in the 1800's it was converted in the early 2,000's into 123 apartments with a cigar bar underneath.An award winning, private courtyard in the centre of the building makes it a great place for the tenants to get some fresh air with 100% security.

Went here to visit Turmeaus whisky shop. Pretty good range of whisky, but you need deep pockets when you go in. Was a bit disappointed with the staff and their somewhat lack of knowledge of the products they are dealing with. As a regular whisky drinker and cigar smoker, I felt I had more experience than some of the members of staff,as they seemed fairly young.

Muy bien situados. El edificio llama la atención sobre todo por dentro. Son 3 plantas de pisos y apartamentos con un gran patio ajardinado interior y un conserje. Lo malo, la eterna moqueta no demasiado limpia en algunos sitios y que hay muchas cosas con bastante polvo. Lo mejor, la ubicación y la independencia. Tiene todo lo necesario para vivir y dos supermercados: Sainsbury al lado y Tesco en frente. En la esquina el metro. Es perfecto
