Went with my daughter, we were a walk in no appointments, as we're from out of town and only in Bridgend for a funeral. The staff were amazing, the lady who took care of myself and my daughter was lovely, even with both my daughter and myself having sensory issues they where amazing. I'm only sorry I didn't catch the lady's name who cut our hair to publicly say thank you

I have been having my hair done here for nearly 10years. Hayley, Georgia and Kim are fantastic. They always make me feel welcome and were so hospitable and understanding during the many times I have visited, especially during the lockdown lifts. My hair has always been cut and coloured to an amazing standard where every time I have had it done every one asks me who my hairdressers are. Even though I have moved out of the area I will always be a returning customer and will forever recommend Chic Hair Design's services!

Don't bother waste of time, phoned and booked told 1.15pm arrived before then told it was 12.45pm they change things to suit themselves.. not recommended for customer service and not helpful

I enjoyed my time at chic a few weeks back due to the excellent service my sister and I recieved from the hairdresser. She was generous with her time and kept our spirits up, she made us feel welcome and had a lovely positive outlook on life.I would recommend chic to all women and men due to their exceptional standards.

My two daughters and I enjoyed a fantastic visit to Hayley’s Salon and her extensive knowledge and experience ensured we had amazing colours and cuts. The Salon was modern, immaculately clean and we were made to feel super comfortable. Thank you for the friendly professional service.

Amazing service, staff are really friendly and always do a great job on my hair. There are 2 new staff members Emma and Kim they did my hair and eyebrows would recommend to anyone looking for a really decent hairdressers salon in bridgend. Thanks girls keep up ur good work.

Chic Hair Design
I was desperate for a restyle and rang on the off chance that they could fit me in. I showed Georgia a photo of what I was looking for and she got it straight away. Efficient, friendly and relaxed, but spot on. A haircut that made me feel sooooo much better, without fuss, offers of fancy products or pretension. Best haircut I have had in years. Thanks girls.
