Group 1 Toyota Medway

Went to Toyota Gillingham today as my number plate had got got broken. My car is an 04 model but the help and kindness I received from both the Parts and Service departments was amazing as though I had bought in a brand new car! Thank you everyone for helping me.Mrs. Russell

Purchased a new Toyota Rav4 Excel. After chasing when will the car be delivered was told it was delayed by 6 months, which we accepted as we wanted the car. We had to keep chasing Group 1 Toyota Medway for updates and was then suddenly informed “it is in the country and we must pay the deposit ASAP and we had to collect in 8 days”, i.e by the end on the month, so that they could gain their commission! I wanted to fit some optional extras and told you can’t, as it will delay me picking up the car, which must be delivered by the end of the month. Salesperson was only interested in his month’s commission. Hard sell in GAP, Dent and Wheel insurance, but went to Martin Lewis website and saved 50%. DO NOT buy a car from Group 1 Toyota Medway, remember if you are spending £40k+ on a car, other car companies value your business.

I came this branch for fix my car Toyota avensis 1.6 dieselMy car problem is (Check parking brake system) on dashboard. The machine Checked everything and he said need to replace Intake manifold swirl flap system. They charged me £1100 included parts and labour. They gave me afterwork 1 year guarantee. 2 months later same problem again. And i went to the branch and they said they won't cover under warranty i need to pay extra.the mechanic said maybe another problem need to change Air ratio sensor And I've to pay extra £450-£500That's how they're making money.Actually they don't know what's wrong with my car. They aren't not professional mechanic.I've got receipts and everything as a proof. If anyone needs i can show you.I would recommend to everyone please Don't go to Group 1 Medway Bailey Toyota. They just want money and money.

Took my car in for a service and MOT, they kept in contact with me during the day and my car was ready when they said, washed and cleaned.I took a courtesy car for the day which was the same model as mine which was a bonus, overall very happy with the service I received.

Ordering and collecting a new Corolla has been an absolute unexpected pleasure, my salesperson Steve" was so helpful and professional throughout the entire process.I cannot fault the service given

Thank you toyota group 1 for fixing the car. What my dog has done was my fault in the first place. I shouldn't have taken the toy in the car I shouldn't have put it in the arm wrist. Very friendly place a plus

Absolutely worst customer service experience from the servicing team. Olawale Aladeselu was extremely rude and offensive. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Pleasant environment. Detailed information on your car. However, prepare for the longest wait! You'd probably wonder what all the staff are doing when you have less than 5 customers on site and several staff. We have been waiting about an hour just to get a price for a job they explained over 30 mins ago! I've had to remind them we are waiting 3 times. Still waiting as at the time of writing this......

Had the GR Yaris serviced here and was a decent experience. No issues with me supplying my own oil which was great. Would recommend them for GRY owners.
