Disgusting service phoned 999 at 10.30 am this morning on behalf of 89 year old neighbour collapsing into semi unconscious blood pressure 66/44We were told ambulance will be with you in 24 hours its 1.30 am next morning still no ambulance. Absolutely disgraceful you all should be ashamed of yourselves leaving this old man in this way . Sickos

My wife called a ambulance on Tue 09 after I had a full in the garden and was none responsive, the ambulance was with her in minutes and helping me with my need, you were all fantastic, I would like to say if I said or did anything while you were helping me I am very sorry, I was not myself all 3 crews and the rapid response crew are a credit to the service, again THANK YOU.

Thank you so much to the wonderful team of paramedics that assisted my partner, when he couldn’t leave bed let alone the house, to receive treatment for severe pain in hospital. They were friendly, jovial and super helpful, and made a stressful situation much better.

Alistair, Paramedic in car, and Darren and his colleague in their ambulance were brilliant yesterday, 12th Sept, on Mersea Island. Our 2.5 yo grandson was suffering breathing problems and they were individually and as a team totally reassuring. Austin was in hospital overnight, hopefully coming home later today. Many thanks guys, you’re a credit to the profession.

Thank you so much to Scot & Paul who attended my accident about midday on the 22/07/20 & other ambulance personnel. I was trapped by my leg under an excavator (broken fibia, only thankfully). They were very professional & considerate. Their care for me, didn't stop on delivery to A&E, they checked on me during my stay in A&E & were always a delight to chat to.I realise they may not be based at Colchester so please pass this on to them.Thankfully yours Dave Begent.

I wanted to say a heartfelt Thankyou to 2 paramedics, who came to see my mum Mrs Whiting this afternoon, one was called Andy. They were both amazing, kind, empathetic and treated mum with respect and dignity. Thankyou so so much. You are all amazing people. ❤️
