Gareth couldn't be more helpful. He spent a good few hours on 2 occasions helping my mum. He was very knowledgeable and went through all options to find out what was best for mum, and she got the best! I highly recommend a visit for all sorts of mobility and living aids.

We recently purchased a scooter for my Granny. Gareth and the team were so lovely with her, so patient with her and answered all our questions. Gareth was so lovely with my Granny and really understanding. He even saved a scooter cape for us and had my Granny’s name written on the top. He went above and beyond to help meet my Granny’s needs and was very friendly and chat. Would definitely recommend coming to Careco for anyone that requires a scooter.

We purchased a reclining chair for my father, and were assisted by Jude. He remembered my dad from a previous visit, and was very welcoming and informative. There was no pressure put on my parents to make a purchase, and they were encouraged to look at, and try out all the options available. The shop has a wonderful variety of aids that can make the challenges of getting older a little easier. We will be back, I am sure.

Excellent customer service from PeteWe had a warm laid back welcome to the showroom, which was very nice as this has sometimes put my Dad off going to other showrooms. The salesman Pete was extremely helpful, knowledge & friendly which put us at ease straightaway. Pete explained the mechanisms of the chairs and invited my Dad to try it for himself, he also explained the many ways the chair could be made, various backs styles, arm and support styles to suit my Dads needs and wants. There was a excellent attention to detail and Pete found a common ground of football to put my Dads mind at rest so it didn't feel too pressured. My husband and I purchased a mobility scooter this morning. We were greeted very warmly by Andrew at CareCo Bristol. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable about the comprehensive stock that is available at the store. He gave us lots of advice about the weight and technical details of the scooters which were of interest to us. I am sure the scooter we purchased will give my husband the chance to be more mobile. many thanks again Andrew.
