We sold our house and bought a flat through Churchills Estates in Wanstead. They acted so quickly and efficiently our house sold in two weeks. The buying process was not so easy. We waited ages for details from the seller but our Churchills representative, Sally, was proactive making many inquiries, calls and emails to move the process on. With Sally’s experienced help we finally completed.All the staff in the Wanstead office were friendly and efficient.Sally was exceptionally.

We worked with Churchill's as both buyer and seller and they were excellent on both sides. When we saw the property we would eventually buy, our own home wasn't on the market but they were able to move incredibly quickly. Photography and an open day were organised and within a couple of weeks of deciding to sell we had accepted an offer. From that point through to sales completing they were great to work with and they've continued to be really helpful even after everything has gone through.

Churchill's did a wonderful job in selling our flat. It was sold immediately and the follow up service was excellent. The staff were attentive and very friendly and always returned calls in a speedy manner. Sally was especially helpful in getting things moved from sale to exchange/completion. I would definitely recommend them.

We chose Churchill's for the initial probate valuation of my sister-in-law's house, as my husband had dealt with them years before.We found branch manager Andy to be very approachable and professional. He took the time to hear all about the history of the house that had been in the family since it was built in 1908. Andy arranged for a good photographer to make the most of the plus points.Communication was excellent throughout the process. From when I had my first visit from Andy to value my flat, I knew I was in good hands. Andy and Sally are professional, knowledgeable & efficient, and at the same time exceptionally caring and friendly - always happy to liaise with solicitors, buyers & sellers on my behalf.
