I switched to Rebel from BT after a few issues. It's a bit like going from using a taxi to using Uber. Sure they both get you from A to B, but everything is much easier and smoother with Rebel. You get an app where you can control your Wi-Fi easily and change your password in seconds etc. Basically, all the little things you need are just less painful than with BT, TalkTalk etc, and it all feels more modern.

Switched to Rebel (1Gb full fibre) about 3 months ago. Had been with BT on phone line and was constantly hit by slow connections. Didn't even know my road could get fibre until I saw one of their flyers. So far it's been amazing. TV picture better, Wi-Fi in all rooms of the house and it doesn't seem to matter what time of the day it is, I'm always seeing the same big up and download numbers. Only time will tell but can't fault it at all as of now.

Company advertise 24/7 customer support however…. Technical support are only open 9-5. As a result I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks because I’m at work during those hours so unable to have a call with technical support where they can talk me through not’s working. The customer service agents are not very receptive to my complaint about this which I find disappointing.

Unlike most internet providers, the advertised speeds are what I'm actually getting consistently which makes a pleasant change. The real star of the show though is the customer service, which without hyperbole, is easily the best of any company I've dealt with so far. I cannot recommend Rebel Internet highly enough.

The test of a company is not when things go right but when they go wrong and how its handled . My house is old and rambling, mud and stick walls interspersed with bruising masonry. Previous broadband got into a ‘mesh’ covering the property with exhausted ‘mega bits’ attempting the stairs and failing at the top step. The Rebel installation was a doddle, we had mega bits every where, enabling us to stream in high def ‘ Poppa Smurf goes all chain saw’ . So happy grand daughters; but the house phone would not work on the Rebel network, as this controls access to the property and communications with a 102 year old relative this was serious. Rebel sent instructions, different boxes all to no avail, and finally the charming David from Rebel caught the train from London and came to our place in St Stix and fixed it. To be fair our ancient wiring contributed to the issue. All through this Rebel took the problem seriously, with charm , diligence, and ensured I had contacts for direct communication, enabling progress to be monitored and not leaving me 'the customer' in a void. This was good customer service, the Rebel kit works well, and I would recommend them.

I came across Rebel having reached the end of my tether with Vodafone and Virgin, paying crazy money for sub-standard speed and reliability. I've also got a house with some really hard-to-reach black spots. Since switching over to Rebel it has been like night and day, simple, easy to set up and brilliant speed/ reliability. You get exactly what is offered and it is really refreshing.This was 7 months ago and I haven't looked back.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebel Fibre

They went the extra mile to get any issues address. I was with sky sometimes l had to wait for hours to talk to sky but with you it was done immediately. I was recommended to change as l work from home most of the time and hop Rebel continues to povide a better service than Sky

I have been using Rebel Fibre 115 for several months. Download and upload speeds are excellent and consistently reliable any time of the day. Had previously been on a DSL connection with another supplier, which proved to be unstable at peak use times. Was very smooth install and setup. Homepass is full of features making it so easy to manage and customize your wifi.

I've had the 1Gb package from Rebel Fibre for a few months and it's been bulletproof. 100% uptime, with rock solid connection speed for both uploads and downloads. A huge improvement on Virgin, who I'd been with for over a decade, suffering periodic outages lasting several hours.
