Coming to this spa is a joy, and the staff are lovely and professional. The results of the treatments I've had have given me really good results where you can see a visible difference. I'm always given a warm welcome and have a pleasant experience.I've been to lots of spa's and clinics in Glasgow but Aaromatica just blows them all out the water!

Finished my Caci facial there and loved the results. It was a course so got friendly with the ladies working there and really enjoyed the atmosphere and returning back. Feedback on how I look more youthful and 'fresh' means that this treatment is working a treat! Love it. Will def be back!

I decided to try a Caci Facial and was thrilled with the results. The therapist who treated me was really helpful, talking me through each stage of the treatment and tailoring it specifically for my skin type. I actually fell asleep during the treatment as it was so relaxing!

Very poor customer service from the actual owner of the business! She arrived to my appointment 45mins late and didn't apologise. When I asked the girl at the desk what was taking her she didnt have any information for me and seemed scared to ring her. There also seems to be a high staff turnover which is never a good sign. The overall impression of the salon was poor and lacked a good warm atmosphere. Will not be back and would not recommend. It is an expensive treatment so I believe I should have better customer service!

I had a fantastic experience. My therapist Michelle was professional and extremely helpful. She recommended the best treatment for me and I felt pampered throughout. I will definitely be back!

My trip to this salon was a disaster, and I will not be back again.I bought a voucher for a friend as a christmas present. It was a 2 hour treatment including a full body massage and facial.We arrived on the day and my friend was taken up to begin the treatment by the only staff member.Throughout the treatment, the beautician had to constantly leave to see to other clients who were coming in off the street or for an appointment. She also left numerous times to get oils, creams etc. It was totally unprepared.While I was waiting for my friend, another client was waiting to have her treatment. However the beautician who was meant to be giving her treatment was not there.The beautician who was giving my friend the treatment had to come down numerous times to reassure the waiting client that the other beautician would be 5 minutes".An HOUR later

I got a series of facial light peels. Despite the name there was no peeling involved. It is a treatment of 6, I am about to get the last one and can't wait. The difference was immediate. I have acne scars & open pores. This treatment has improved the look of my skin immensely. I have also had less flare up's from my acne and the few I have had, have been much less severe. Michelle is lovely & a true professional. She offers proven treatments that work. Already planning what to try next.

Just been for another glycolic peel with Michele and every time my experience of her salon gets better and better!! Can not recommend this salon enough!! Michelle is a lovely, welcoming and talented therapist! Can not wait for my next treat for myself!! Keep up the good work!!

I have been going to this spa regularly for over a year to treat dark areas on my forehead. Today I also had some spider veins treated. As usual the results are amazing. The technicians name is Michelle and she is extremely professional, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone, gents like myself included.
