Mr Clutch Autocentres

The engine management light came up on my car. I rushed to find a garage to be seen. But alas, no garage was free. Called Mr Clutch, and got it booked in. They told me it would cost £40 for investigation. Car was seen, diagnostic code, showed there was issue with idle lift valve, advised me to go to BMW for a software upgrade. They waived the fee. Here why I would use Mr Clutch, friendly customer service, sound advice, honesty, and the guys seems to be enjoying what they are doing...always a good sign. Thanks Lee, Mani and Steve.

Took my car for a service to find out they didn’t even change fuel filter/oil filter neither the oil even after being told numerous times that they have. Avoid this place they will rip you off and not even carry out the work.

Very bad experience with this service.I highly don't recommend, these people working there scratched my car and refused to admit it.Also the boss denied an obvious fresh scratch, having pictures also the reception guy seen it and confirmed was fresh.

Got a next day appointment for a MOT and at a great price. The guys I delt with were extremely friendly and had the car back to me within the hour. (Although I know it's dependant on the car passing the MOT). Most definitely would return as and when needed!

A great Service centre at reasonable price!I am using this centre from last 3 years for my Audi and Mercedes car service, and after every visit i am more confident about this service centre. No one is 100% perfect. but i find this service centre much much better then others in area.I do feel Lee (Centre Manager) has a major role in providing an excellent customer experience; much better then some big brands in market. Others need to learn from him on how run a service station.He is well experience to understand Car issues, communicate well to his technicians, and ensure issues are resolved in one visit and customers don't need to visit again unnecessary. Lee guides with an impartial view, to help customer make a right decision. Some time i wonder how alone he can manage to co-ordinate and remember all, and still delivered what was asked from his team. Its a wonderful team together. Highly recommended!

Spoke to lee got a great price had my own racing clutch so just labour. Most other garages were scared and were quoting high prices as they were incorrectly allowing more time.Lee just dealt with job no bother no hastle, done, perfectly.Highly recommend

Have been using Mr Clutch for a few years now, had a major issue which they resolved and gave me an honest reasonable quote, went ahead with the work and was also given a two year warranty on the work, had a few mots done, service my car here also, the mechanics are good at their job but for me the star of the show is Mr Lee, great communication skills as well as friendly and definitely an asset to Mr Clutch

Went down to Mr clutch Slough this Saturday morning with an issue with my car and not only did they slip me into to an spot during a busy schedule. They resolved it quickly and with out charge!! I would never expect this nor should anyone going in future obviously but this and previous work over many years. I couldn’t recommend them anymore highly.
