Worst place to rent. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You will regret it when you will have to move out from the flat. The management is only looking to grab your money, they don t do any maintenance to the flat and 1000% you will lose your deposit. The worst experience ever! They keep pushing you and threatening you with fines and extra payments. If any pipes get broke or you have any leaks because they never cleaned the pipes guess what, YOU will have to pay for the repairs. And everytime you need them they will never pick up the phone.

You will not get your deposit back 100%. Stay away if you are looking for a professional agent. Flats were filled with rats due to low maintanance. Water leakage issues etc. Hoping this will motivate others to give more honest reviews like this. This review is more towards the management and not the property.

Thornrest Properties who is the landlord of Wellington Manor. This place, in my opinion has a lot of safety issues mainly the fire alarm system(photos attached). f you are on the 3rd floor which is situated within the roof of the block it is very dangerous as all the windows in the communal staircase has metal bars and there is no way of raising an alarm if there is a fire except for the automatic smoke detection if that even exists/works. I am not sure how you will escape a fire as the windows even within the flats on the 3 floor only open on to the roof. Also we have found syringes and homeless person sleeping in the communal areas. As their back gate is usually broken / doesn't close then it is not that hard for these types of people to gain access. Also they have now refused to have any communication with me when I requested my deposit back after I left the property. They have refused to respond to my email request, will not provide exit inventory nor any reason why this is being witheld. I have now had to go through the deposit dispute process. If you are considering moving to Wellington Manor then my advice is DO NOT. Unethical landlord that has many dissolved businesses under the name of MR ALEEM AHMAD SIDDIQI who is also the same person that owns Thornrest Properties. Disgusting - if only i had read these reviews!I have reported them for these safety issues and they are stating they are fully certified and reject all claims - laughable!Just received my outcome of the dispute and have posted the screenshots - jokers tried to lie but I kept all their communications so they couldn't try and scam more money than they were due :-D

It's more than 25 days. I haven't received any reply for emails[I have sent almost 20 emails]. Where is my 2 months rent deposit.

Lowest standard management I have ever seen. You would not get your deposit back 100% as they know how to trick tenants very well. Never keep their promise to provide things in the property. Unfortunately there is no option to give ratings below 1 star .
