The White Company

I'm a regular customer to the white company whilst the stock available on my trip today was fantastic I was treated extremely rudely by staff in particular Amy who served me and spent her time looking customers up and down and didn't say two words to me at the till not even a hello the white company really need to work on there customer service skills and who they employ to deal directly with customers, I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable during my visit such a shame as it was a treat to myself after a difficult week!

Online ordering is possibly the worst service of any so called 'premium brand'Standard delivery seems to only apply when any day doesn't end in a 'y'. Online it is advertised as 3 to 5 days, no mention of weekends, solar eclipses, civil unrest in Eastern Ukraine stop this from being achieved. However the birthday gift I asked for gift wrapped and boxed with a greetings card has been despatched to a wear house 5 days ago but is currently sat waiting for the chief priest of Hermes and his/her acolytes to use the jedi force to send it onwards. This is not the birthday present you are looking for apparently.Ordering something 1week before needed in the 21st century shouldn't take this long.my previous experience was similarinate 2020. I won't be using them again.

I recently visited The White Company store in Fenwicks in Canterbury and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member named Victoria, who made me feel welcome and explained to me the benefits of purchasing in store. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions. She also made some helpful suggestions, which I really appreciated.The store was beautifully presented, with all of the products displayed in a way that was both stylish and inviting.I was particularly impressed by the range of diffusers, which all smelled amazing. I ended up purchasing the Wild Mint Diffuser, which has a fresh and invigorating scent that fills my home with a delightful aroma. The diffuser is also very easy to use and looks great on my coffee table.I also purchased an Organic Cotton Slub V-neck T-shirt, which is a comfortable and stylish piece of clothing. The t-shirt fits to size and is made from high-quality materials that will last for many years to come.Overall, I had a very positive experience shopping at The White Company in Canterbury. The staff were friendly and helpful, the products were high-quality, and the store was beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for stylish and luxurious homewares and clothing.
