I wouldn’t take my bmw anywhere else.They aren’t local to me I live in Wigan and they are in alteringham near Manchester.I have known mark for numerous years through trackdays. His knowledge and advice is second to none when it comes to BMWs.They have a fast efficient service and get the job done when they say they will at competitive prices

really happy with our experience taking our volvo here. the team were cheerful and kept us thoroughly updated on what was happening, their suggestions and what the cost of each option would be. could have had me for new brake pads as well but told me to get another 3k miles use out of them before i replace them. genuine people and we definitely intend to go back when we need work done in future.

I’ve been going to Independent for years because they are always very friendly and honest. There have been several times where I was expecting a big bill but have been pleasantly surprised when it’s been an inexpensive fix. Other garages would take the opportunity to charge a higher fee.They were also honest with me recently where the repairs would be more than my car is worth so rather than take the opportunity to do them and charge me, they advised I look for another car.

Very friendly and professional service when arranging an MOT. Lisa and Karen really helpful when dropping the car off and calling to advise it was complete. They book up quickly as they're clearly very good, so make sure you plan ahead.

Always look after me with my BMW needs. Whenever I call they seem to know me and my car and they always offer a polite and professional service. Extremely fair pricing (compared with main dealer) and one of the managers even offered to come out to my house to help me with my car that was immobilised. Highly recommend these guys.

Organised, friendly staff, swiftly diagnosed problem and quoted costs. Explained worst case scenario and I agreed to the work. Fortunately new shock not needed and despite removing and analysing and refitting they didn't charge. Very impressed. Used them for many years
