Eurocell Hereford

Ordered aqua board for shower encloser, was told they'd ring when in, a week had passed no call, so my partner called in there and yes it was in, it had been in a while and they forgot to ring. Got it to the house we are doing up, discovered it was wrong panels. Went in to local store told they'd order right ones and deliver, I waited in an empty house for delivery but it didn't arrive, they made up many excuses then finally gave in and it got delivered next day. They admitted it was there mistake. We then ordered edging strips for the panels I ordered 2. Told they would ring when in but yet again no call, so I rang to be told yes they are in. Someone else went to collect as I couldn't get them in my car to be told there is only one and the other won't be delivered until Tuesday when we are meant to be having fitted at weekend, unfortunately our fitter has other jobs next week so it has completely messed up doing our bathroom. Not impressed at all with the service.
