I feel I have been treated awful not how humans should be treated things maybe be happening with the business behind the scenes but to be lied to is unrespectful I first popped in as new client to book appointment the lovely lady arranged this for me then get a call few days ago to say they have been take over and I'll need to rearrange booked for today then get voicemail this morning saying that the business has ceased trading so as I only live 1 min walk from the salon I decided to walk down to see what was happening then another lady was in there who ask what I wanted I said I just got a call saying that you have ceased trading but needed my hair done so she said yeah come back at 2:15 I then walk down at my appointment time and the salon is closed up very disappointed sorry to people who are poorly but the last person knew she was going to fib not very professional really

I have used this salon few times. Had nails done lasted less then 24 hours not happy.. So tried a treatment...facial over and done in just under 20 minutes...nice but very quick. . Lastly sent a family member to a hairdressing treatment lady was very off,they came back with 20 minutes. It was for a wash,cut and blow dry. The hair was not washed just sprayed a bit to wet it,quick cut and blasted with hair dresser and mussed up a bit,I was livid,sent them for a treat and they looked like they'd been dragged through a hedge backwards. Not impressed at all...went into complain and hair stylist was of a what ever attitude...had booked to have my hair done but cancelled it instead...will not be going back....Think more training on some things needed and customer care not good!!!

I had my hair cut today by Emma. This is the second time she has cut my hair. Emma is lovely and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a graduated Bob cut in last year by a different hair dresser and I've been trying to grow it out ever since. Emma has been great with this process and my hair is looking better than ever. My hair always feels and smells amazing after a visit. looking forward to my next visit.

I accidentally came without a mask, and LeeAnn gave me one (no charge). She was really friendly, and was very professional. I had a lovely long hair wash and one of the best hair cuts in a long time. All for £12: What really good value. She also said if I wasn't happy to come back and she would take a bit more off. But it was perfect when my hair dried, a real skill to cut a curly fringe wet and it being exactly right when dried naturally. I have no hesitation in recommending and it will be my permanent hairdresser in the future.

My wife who is in a wheelchair needed a hairdressers while we were on holiday, she contacted them before we left home and arranged an appointment based on google ratings and she wasn't disappointed.Very friendly and welcoming and ever so helpful and she will definitely use again if we return on holiday again in area.

Lovely place to have your hair cut plus do all your beauty needs also cut mens hair have rebooked and has near to me will be using them again and again just love it friendly staff just love coming here for hair cut and friendly chat

Emma cut my hair yesterday; she is friendly, competent and has a great sense of humour. A wonderful experience! I will be back next time my split ends need chopping off.
