I normally don't like giving bad reviews but the receptionist in this GP really needs to change. You are not dealing with animals and change your tone of voice.

Unfortunately, we have been going through more than ten days trying to get an appointment but not getting it. Appointments are on the phone, we wait for several hours, and none of the doctors calls. Frankly, the clinic is very bad and wastes time.

I don’t use the doctors here, but do go to see the district nurses to have my dressing changed after a recent operation. I cannot praise highly enough the reception staff and the nurses who have been treating me. They are all amazingly helpful and informative and I’m glad to be in their hands. Thank you for the tireless work you do.

Moss Side Health Centre
There has been a notable improvement in this surgery since I wrote my original review. They now accept telephone calls once again, both for bookings and questions, so the online form is optional. They merged with Longsight surgery recently and seem to have recruited some new reception staff who are much more friendly and helpful. It is still hard to get an appointment, as per most NHS surgeries, but it has improved a lot.

The people I have come into contact with have been absolutely lovely, from the receptionist who remembered us after just one visit and is so kind, to the nurse who is the loveliest person, so caring.

Very rude receptionist this morning, my dad asked for his NHS number and she said go Google it, very inconsiderate what if someone with no access to internet came.I’m sure the processes was very simple to have a look on their system and just state it.Another thing, there’s 40 mins wait even after calling at 8:00AM on the dot. They also refused general check up without a cause. The GP really needs to improve, my mother has decided to leave and change GPS and she’s in the process.

This surgery is the worst surgery in Manchester, you can never get through to them and when you do you have to wait 45 minutes. On the phone and after all that wait they tell you sorry we haven’t gotten an appointment even if your child is sick and staff are so rude. If I could give zero, I would.

I called to enquire regarding a matter, the receptionist shut this down by stating we are not a GP clinic, while failing to even confirm details that I have stated. The receptionist had an attitude which is definitely not a great representation of the clinic.Thank you.

One of the worst customer service seen here, Dr Almas Agha doesn't even has a clue on treating people here in the UK. Will be reporting her to the CQC, NHS and others.
