We had a problem with the gas boiler in our static caravan holiday home. Called Liam on the Thursday evening and he turned up first thing on Friday morning and fixed the problem straight away. Fair price and a working boiler again. You can't say fairer than that.

Thankyou for saving our Airbnb issue, on a Sunday 250 miles away from us. Good, reliable and trustworthy tradesman. Sunday evening came with a charge, however worth absolutely every penny as should be leaving home A short notice!

Not only incredibly friendly but very helpful. Fitted my gas cooker in quickly while still doing multiple checks to make sure everything was done safely. I also appreciate how he kept in contact with arrival times and details via texting, rather then ghosting and leaving me not knowing when he'd come.Definitely will be keeping LM Gas in mind if I ever need any services at a later date and share with friends if they are ever in need :)

Don't be fooled or conned by the friendly facade as we were. Very kindly helped us out on a bank holiday then invoiced us £220+VAT for half an hours work plus additional hire fees neither of which were agreed to. After we paid what was originally agreed (still £90+VAT per HOUR) he then faught us with a debt collector and threats of taking us to court if we refused to pay the additional rates. He refused our generous offer to settle of £100. Liam's greed has no end clearly. Make sure you get a written quote which we never had since we didn't think a local person would take the piss making up extortionate fees before he starts any work. No prices on facebook page (apart from the fake one he created to try and fight his case with the debt collector) and no website with fees on. The lack of other reviews in such a long time says it all. Unethical business practices. AVOID.

Fantastic service. Liam repaired my boiler in an emergency. Very polite, reasonably priced and professional. I'm Thrilled. Highly Recommend.

Went above and beyond to fix our problem on a Sunday afternoon.Was timely in completing work so did not drag his feet as many others would unfortunately do after pricing hourly.Excellent service all round

Our Remeha boiler packed up just before the Bank Holiday Monday. It was leaking and the hot water stopped coming out of the taps. We had people round, so it was not an ideal situation at all. Liam was recommended to us by our friend Annie.We spoke ti Liam over the phone and agreed a quote for the call out. He stressed that, any price of replacement parts would have to be added to the call out fee, which is obviously very reasonable.Liam arrived on time and finished the job within an hour. It turned out, that we did not need to buy any replacement parts.I do highly recommend Liam and and LM Gas Services Ltd.Thank you

I can’t believe someone is complaining about being charged £220 for a bank holiday callout. So so few people even want to help on a bank holiday so it’s great to find someone who comes out at all. And fixes the problem. Thats a result in my eyes.I’ve used Liam in the past and found his prices more competitive than most but still reasonably priced and great quality. Able to fix problems that others couldn’t.Highly recommended.
