not nice service, expensive and I've been send home without seeing anyone. it seem a problem for them to find me a doctor and i was the only one there. really disappointed....

Went there last Friday and arrived at 19h. Although they state in Google that they open until 20h, they were closed. They also had the schedule at their door, stating Monday to Friday 8h-20h. Terrible service when you go there as an urgency and then you find out that they close whenever they want.

Went there to book a same-day appointment, which I later realised I was unable to make. They were very friendly and let me move it free of charge to a later date.More importantly, the appointment was well worth it as the treatment I was given worked and I was cured the next day.The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the opening times are wrong - both on maps and the centre door. I went on a Sunday on purpose just to realise they were closed. When I called all I was told was that they offered no service on weekend. Other than that, great experience!

Booked an appointment and then cancelled it more than 48hrs before it was due. I was still charged and repeated threatening letters were sent. On trying to clarify they wouldn't listen and kind of behaved that I had no clue of what I was talking about. I had to pay to get them off my back. Such institutions just believe in making money! Not sure if I would want treatment from such a place.

Went here to get some travel vaccinations done. They were very friendly and everything seemed to be in order when I arrived.Making a booking online was a bit of a challenge however I sent an e-mail and they managed to call me back pretty promptly.Little costly but seems about average for non NHS funded doctors.
