Arrived at 3:30pm Saturday, Website says closes at 4pm, last entry 3:45pm.Was turned away, guessing they wanted to knock off early, screw everyone else that pays their counsil tax!

For the last 3 weeks I have been visiting here to bring all the unwanted items from the house. Books, old clothes, bits of broken furniture etc. Who knew an attic could ever hold so many things. The people who work here are the most helpful, cheery and patient I have met. Nothing seems to daunt them. A 100 thanks to them helping me on my journey to a less cluttered life.

Great staff and well maintained. Have been here a few times and usually it isn’t too busy that you can’t park and get your stuff into the right bins which are generally well signed. However sometimes it can get really busy and you might end up having to go round a few times to be able to park close enough to a certain area, especially if you have a bulky item to get rid of. Also be careful of the speed bumps at the entrance! They’re more vicious than they look!

The staff here are really helpful and assist people who are having problems lifting bags etc for the skips. Can sometimes be a bit of a wait. It's well laid out so take time to find the skip you need in the right order so you don't have to drive around several times.

Being elderly there was no way I could carry anything up the iron stairs. A very nice young man (unfortunately I didn't get his name) working on the bedding/plastics containers kindly emptied and disposed of all my waste without making me feel an inconvenience. A big thank you to him. I found the staff working there to be very helpful and courteous.

Bit of a queue to get in but no more than 20 mins once in the guys there were great help directing where things went and carrying it up steps when I struggled. . Well organised and smooth drop of rubbish . Impressed as they are obviously busy from opening till closed thank you guys great job .

Well organised, always tidy, sometimes there is a long queue but that is to be expected when the service/facility is so good.The team are very friendly and helpful.So this is an opportunity to say, thank you.

Well organised, great helpful staff and easy to find the right bays. Plus you can pick up any DIY stuff from screwfix nearby and shop at Aldi too, its a win win!!
