I'm having my mot and service here on the 15th October. I have used them before.This is a genuine business that people can trust!If they say something is wrong with your vehicle you can be assured they are telling you the truth.Very professional. A garage you can trust!

I wrote a review a year ago based on previous customer experience that rated this garage a 5* after several years of custom. But sorry to say have been let down and possible not given the full facts about my car, my suspicion was backed up by another garage who actually fixed my car properly. Sorry but the trust has gone.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this garage as what a fantastic garage. First class customer service. Everyone made us feel welcome and supported. We went in with a problem with our car that 3 other garages couldn’t fix or pretended to fix !We called explained what our issue was, they had us booked in practically straight away and found the problem with our clutch and another problem with a sensor. The guy on the phone made me feel at ease and most importantly knew what he was talking about. We really felt supported. The car is now for the first time in years driving like a dream. I actually want to drive my car all the time. When you know nothing about cars it is a fear that your going to be ripped off or fonbed off but no this garage went above and beyond for us. I would never go anywhere else. They were so kind and gave me tips about my key for the Kuga too.Thank you to everyone who helped us. I have recommended to family already and she has been there already and had first class service too. Also really like the text update and booking reminders.Thanks everyone.

I broke down and got towed here by the RAC. They said I needed a new coil pack and proceeded to fit one. The next time I went on the motorway I broke down again so they told me they would replace it. They replaced it then the next time I got on the same motorway doing the same journey I broke down again. Took it back and they had the car for 2 days. I called on day 1 to ask for an update and they said it was the coil pack again but the car isn’t ready. I called on day 2 to ask if it’s ready, where they then proceeded to tell me they don’t know the issue and they can’t fix it and “not to drive on the motorway”Do not recommend!!

Honestly best garage I’ve ever used! The level of care was amazing and from now on I will be using these guys every time for anything to do with my car. They went above and beyond to get my car off my driveway to the garage and get it fixed! Thank you soo much!

Booked my car in for a diagnostic check. Waited around 35 minutes outside before someone finally showed up at 8.45am. To be fair they looked at my car fairly quickly and gave me some friendly advice. I said I wanted one of the repairs offered and the owner said he would get back with a quote. Chased 4 times for that quote and here we are nearly 4 weeks later without any form of contact. Absolute waste of time, thankfully a local garage near to where I work wanted the business.

Absolutely amazing garage! Such friendly welcoming staff who listen to all your needs!! Antony is always great and does exactly what is required, can always count on him when my car has a funny 5 minutes! Wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my pride and joy, thank you so much!
