We dealt with Simon initially, then during the selling process Megan was really helpful and supportive during the sale with lots of communication keeping us updated along the way. Myself and my partner bought our first home through Cote and Castle, being first time buyers we was a bag of nerves with a lot of questions regarding the property, but Megan (estate agent) was fantastic anything she did not know, which was pretty much nothing she got answered efficiently and professionally, along with our multiple viewings which we requested all the way up to the completion day. she had a very calming nature and extremely helpful, after our first viewing to the completion Megan has kept us informed along the journey to ensure we was kept in the loop, this was a blessing to settle our minds along the journey. When we put in a offer I was told buying a home is one of the most stressful things to do in your life but I can honestly say we didn’t stress at all, and I believe that is down to Megan being so person centred and knowledgable.
