Hyper Centre Soft Play

You have to book slots which is a great idea to make sure the place is not overcrowded. Good fun for the kids, the slides can be a bit challenging for the younger ones.The staff were brilliant and the floors were very clean my only complaint is apart from the floors the rest of the place was extremely dusty. The top of the nets and and poles needed a simple wipe down other than that I highly recommend this place.

Overall not a bad place. Talked to the staff that said it’s been here for 5 years or so and looking around the play area, I can see that this could very well be true. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a good few years. Play area are very poor, disco area is more or less dead with just a laser. The football pitch is a good size built onto the first floor but with having a large amount of children in the arena and just two balls, this was either short lived or kids squabbling to who’s turn it was to use the ball. Food looks ok but menu is pretty poor and unhealthy, this goes for drinks too. Staff are lovely. I would recommend if you are driving. Head to a little further out.

We celebrate my daughters birthday party there. The were very helpful and kind. Everything was as expected.I would for sure recommend them

The kids enjoy it. However, it's very basic and has no air conditioning, so it's very uncomfortable.

Kids love this softplay. Very spaciuos, wide range of activities (including mini football pitch).Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of snacks (coffee, tea, crisps, fries, some other hot food).Parking is very good too, always a space to park.

Nice soft play centre for all ages. Although open space with high ceilings they heat it well. Lovely staff and clean facilities. Decorated for Christmas so always a bonus

Very busy but well looked after . Food and drink served quickly .Kids enjoyed the play area and wanted to stay longer so we will be returning soon

Took our 4 month old here, admittedly a bit young but she loved it none the less, very nice of them to have an under 2's area with a ball pit, 2 little slides and various fake animals to sit on. Definitely will bring her back here when she's older
