I have purchased some spare parts for my kitchen at Openplan design and their customer service has been excellent. In particular Zahir has been incredibly helpful as he allowed me to have all the details of what I needed even before my visit to their store. I have received the parts in good time and the delivery was also prompt and courteous. Overall a great experience! I strongly recommend this store to anyone who needs to fix or redesign their kitchen.

We thoroughly researched various kitchen design options, including high street kitchen companies and German companies, before choosing Openplan Design Company.We were impressed by the Beckermann cabinet range distributed by Openplan Design. These cabinets not only provide efficient functionality, but also exhibit an elegant aesthetics, compared to other German kitchens which are usually looking too bulky and masculine.Our limited kitchen space posed a challenge, but the manager Sam was able to accommodate all our needs effectively. Sam's expertise and creativity helped us maximize the functionality of our kitchen within the given constraints.Openplan Design also offers an extensive range of countertop options, and their own warehouse showroom, along with a water cutting machine, adds to the convenience of exploring and selecting the perfect countertop material. We were delighted with the wide variety of choices available, extremely satisfied with the Italian Infinity porcelain that we selected for our kitchen.Overall, our experience with Openplan Design Company has been outstanding. Their careful consideration of our specific requirements, coupled with their extensive product offerings, have resulted in a kitchen design that surpasses our expectations. We designed our kitchen with Sam at Openplan Design and are very happy with the results. Sam’s attentive process and clear communications on pros/cons/limitations of different design ideas helped us create the kitchen perfect for our needs. We are absolutely pleased with our spectacular kitchen . Our experience with OPD is totally superb from beginning to end with all aspects . OPD has an amazing range of choices from material, colour , design and specially their marble work tops is breathtaking . Excellent service and lovely team too .Sam , who designed our dream kitchen , is such a knowledgable person with kitchen . We have had our whole kitchen designed, made and fitted to perfection by Open Plan Design. Sam was brilliant from the beginning with design and ideas. Prompt emails and virtual designs emailed and also printed for us to visualise. Also a fairly quick turnaround time for a high quality, beautiful German kitchen! We also got our appliances at a better rate than buying elsewhere - Miele, Siemens, Westin appliances through them. Probably the best and most honest guys around. We got a top quality German kitchen for a very decent price. Sam was very helpful, guided us through the process and helped us all along in making choices. He also gave us a very good understanding of what is important when buying a kitchen. Had entire new kitchen from ceiling to floor designed and installed by Open Plan Design. Fantastic design, kitchen materials, furniture, equipment, stone materials and installation. Sam stayed with us from sales and design to completion, adding creativity to design and recommending materials and positioning in out floor plan. He was also extremely accommodating and helpful sorting any issue or snags that arose. Kitchen looks fantastic, is extremely functional, high quality and the price was great value for money.
