I have been getting my nails done at this salon for the past six months. I have not had any good experience from the staff there. I find that they have prices written on the board but when are quotes for other things by mouth.They charge extra when you ask for a different shape nails and many other things which is not written in the price.they are not friendly to customers.I am utterly disappointed as I stopped going to a nail salon which I really loved because this one is close to my house.I am now changing to go back

I’ve gone here twice now. 2 months in a row. Their acrylic powder doesn’t last. My nail keeps breaking.. it’s only been 2 days. They are rubbish.

I did acrylics and the guy was distracted by his phone, he was rough and the finishing was bad. The nails aren't properly painted. He left the sides of many nails unpainted. If you are on a budget then i guess it is ok but if you want quality go elsewhere.

Do not come here, they are very rude and have no customer service skills. They use rubbish cheap materials nails will break/chip within 1 week. He forgot to put top coat on and when I said it to him he angrily said NO TOP COAT! My pink nails started turning black within 3 days! They illegally do eyelash extensions using black hair glue!!! I will be reporting them!

Not happy with how my acrylic french tip was done. The guy took 3 hours to do them and made them so sharp i cut myself. He was so slow and the nails were so thick and blocky. Avoid here they are ameturs

If I could give 0 stars, I would which in itself explains the poor service. I have been a loyal customer to this shop for years and have had great service. I went to get a full set today with a picture in mind (first picture attached) which I thought would be pretty simple for a professional, experienced nail technician. I was told by the lady (who sits on the first seat on the right) that the colours would not be the exact same, which I assumed meant it may be a shade different than the ones in the picture, so I agreed. First of all, she matched two of the nail shades and the rest she chose random colours. She did not even file the nails to the desired shape, which is visible in the images I have attached. My actual nails can be seen underneath and the lines are wonky. I have had to file my nails myself to make them look half decent. I am extremely disappointed by the service of a professional nail technician. I have been a loyal customer to this shop for years and I was not expecting the outcome to be such poor service and poor quality. If you are checking these reviews, I strongly recommend to find a different shop as although you may receive good service one day, you may not the next.
