What disgusting service. The two young girls that were there have clearly never been taught manners. They were throwing orders at people with attitude, giving filthy looks, had NO food in. All of the stuff was cooked clearly in the morning as my food was so cold. They were giving wrong orders to people. They had a choice between a black cheese and bacon twist, which wasn’t even in the right place so I’m sure that’s bad for people with dietary requirements or vegetarians. No gloves nothing. Disgusting.

Food lovely but was not impressed with standing waiting to be served. FOUR staff stood behind the counter and ignored myself and one other customer. I had to ask for someone to serve me before they actually acknowledged a customer was waiting.

I was waiting 15 mins in the queue even with 2 serving.I ordered:2x Bacon & Saussage Cobs, 1 with red sauce & 1 with brown1x Large Hot Chocolate1x Large Latte1x Bacon & Cheese Wrap.I actually got:1x Bacon & Saussage cob with red sauce1x Bacon & Saussage cob with no sauce at all.1x Large Hot Chocolate1x Large Coffee1x Steak & Cheese RollNice and pleasant staff but ther service was far too slow and my order was wrong.Greggs in general is usually really good

I visited this store this morning at approx 7.30 29/9:2021 there was a large queue and a trainee was doing her best to serve everyone. There was two girls upstairs who kept looking at the large queue but refused to help this poor lady out. I feel this was totally disrespectful to the people waiting and the poor lady who was trying her hardest to serve everyone as quick as she could.I think an area manager should do a surprise visit one morning.

Visited this Greggs en route to Leeds. Ordered an omelette baguette, got into the car and realised it had mold on the baguette itself. Returned it to the staff, and despite the fact I'd had cause to return it, I have to say the staff dealt with it very well. It was Sunday 17th Feb between 10.30 and 11.30am. The lady who served me both with the purchase and returned product dealt with me in a professional and personable way. Basically she immediately offered me a refund and said what can I do to fix this" which is exactly right when dealing with complaints. I was offered a replacement

I'm a lorry driver and call into most Greggs across the country! This experience happens every time I visit this particular one thus giving the place a wide birth in future!I see the woman take out some fresh sausage roll! You know nice n hot! Ask her are your sausage rolls hot?" Reply yes! So I have one with a tea to find its stone cold! Ask her why and to get the usual spiel! Other greggs don't not have a problem just this one!"

This is by far the rudest Greggs on the planet with the exception of one lady. The young girls behind the desk clearly don't want to be there and to be honest I'm not sure how they passed the interview. It's clear from the other reviews I'm not alone.So Greggs here's some basic customer service advice.....it's free to smile and manors cost nothing.

Just been into the service's to grab some food heading West bound.Normally the staff are happy and very polite. I have just been served by the rudest female member of staff! I go to a lot of Gregg's all over the North of England and find this girl is letting all the other team down.No smile, rude in how she spoke she really didn't want to be there on bit.Gregg's in general are brilliant with a smile and manners. This girl needs retraining. Ideally by the team at Lymm Services on the M6.
