We cannot thank Dyson Richards enough for the very professional service given by them for our late Dads funeral...nothing was to much trouble and we felt at all times that our dear Dad was being so respectfully looked after. They took us through each step right up to the day of funeral. On the day of the funeral the lady from Dyson who led the procession was so lovely guiding us through a very difficult time. Very helpful and organised. Leanne in the Shirley office was particularly helpful planning the funeral. Celebrant that was used was brilliant. Such a lovely lady and the service went smoothly. Nina Sutton who dealt with the funeral arrangements was very professional and extremely helpful. She gave us all the necessary information and told us of all the alternatives that were available. The funeral itself went very smoothly and was extremely dignified. It was all a great help to us at a very difficult time.

Our experience of the service and staff at Dyson Richards has been excellent. All staff we encountered were courteous, respectful and professional at all stages of my father's funeral arrangements, from the initial arrangements meeting to after the funeral itself. The funeral proceedings were conducted timely, with sincerity and empathy. Thanks to all who made a difficult time a little easier.

I had not got a clue what I should do when my Mum passed away. Fortunately I had vague instructions who I should contact regarding the funeral.I spoke to Mitch at Dyson Richards in Shirley. He ws an absolute God send. He was extremely caring, knowledgable, emoathic and reassuring. He spoke to me in depth explaing even small details of every step of the process. Mitch phoned me with regular updates and even came out to visit me because I couldn't get to themThere was help, advice and guidance when it came to choosing stationary and floral tributes. Even a social media page was set up for me to send to friends and relatives with a section for donations to my Mums nominated charities. Dyson Richards thought of absolutely everything. Mitch was so respectful and professional. On the day of the funeral, Mitch and colleague, Junior, were extremely smart. They lead the cortage remarkably well, ensuring that through most of the journey we were all able to stay with the hurst. By blocking traffic islands and junctions.Throughout the entire proceedure, everyone was fantastic. After the funeral, Mitch stayed with me to explain the next step. There was another funeral director present nearby. Mitch, representing Dyson Richards, was way smarter and more professional even down to old fashioned values of not wearing a hat in the presence of ladies. Afterwards, I was given a framed picture of my Mum and an extra copy plus a lovely keepsake box.I can't express what a wonderful send off they produced for my Mum's final journey. Amazing company, amazing people. Huge bundles of gratitude to everyone at Dyson Richards but especially to Mitch.
