Owlett Hall Nursing Home

My Uncle was in here after leaving Hospital with terminal cancer, the care they gave him and the place itself was impeccable. The best I've seen and I've been in a few to visit relatives.I would certainly rate this as 5 starsThankyou

I am very unhappy with the way this home is treating my Mum. She is just left to her own devices in her room when their task is to prepare her to come back home after a fall

A nasty place with nasty rude staff

Staff are very Friendly, Very Clean Environment , Plenty of Parking Space, Manager seems to be unprofessional shouting and screaming away !

Fantastic Manager Paulina Drzewiecka it was pleasure to working for her. She is best of the best.

Horrible place, although a few nice staff, others weren't. Twice I found my nan half naked and left in her room. They told me she'd eaten on certain days, I was with her on some of the days and knew she hadnt eaten during the day. We bought all new clothes that filled the wardrobe they almost all went missing and never returned. She was often left in her room alone. Refused paracetamol when she was in pain. Very cold room with only a thin blanket. Refusal to say how much the care home costs were, 7 months after my nan passed I was hit with a massive bill
