Sharon, you are an absolute star. I know you or Alan won't be expecting these reviews, but I have to give credit where it's due. I had a fall whilst out walking, injuring my foot. It left me pretty shook up but Sharon and her husband Alan were kind, reassuring and professional. Even though it was their day off, they sorted out my foot injury and I was able to get back to my car. They are my only choice now for Acupuncture and Podiatry.

I developed Bells Palsy in May 2023. By the end of August I had seen very little improvement and decided to contact Sharon at Shen Holistics. After six treatments of acupuncture the transformation has been excellent, and Sharon has been very helpful and informative in all aspects. Would recommend highly.

Visited Sharon for my first proper treatment at the clinic yesterday. The clinic at the Cargo Fleet offices is fantastic. So clean relaxing modern and very spacious .I had a shoulder injury years ago and have been suffering to varying degrees ever since.While the massage was a little painful Sharon gets right down to the problem. I didn’t feel the acupuncture needles at all .I can not believe the difference today after just the one treatment . Not sure how or why but even walking is easier today my backache was very much lessened. My shoulder is more comfortable . Looking forward to my next treatment .Thank you Sharon highly recommendedI had another appointment with Sharon today July 4 th, you wouldn’t believe the difference in my pain and mobility in my shoulder . It definitely has even made my back ache diminish loads . I have had to use a walking cane for years now to help with my mobility. This is genuine review I am able to walk without support and no back pain. I am looking forward to my next appointment when Sharon is going to work on my neck and back .I wish I had found Shen Holistic s years ago.Might have a new pain free body soon !

Had 2 acupuncture treatments from Sharon, she’s amazing! Made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and overall very pleased with her service, my sciatica is relieved ! 10/10 highly recommend.

After months and months of leg and knee pain and stronger and stronger pain killer prescriptions a friend recommended Shen Holistics to me. I was very sceptical at first but after only a few months of treatment Sharon has improved my condition considerably. In fact, I no longer limp and leg and knee are great. I have been visiting Sharon at Shen Holistics for acupuncture treatments. To be honest, I was unsure at first, how can those little needles help me?How wrong I was.. the treatment has been amazing. I’d had IBS for as long as I can remember. It’s gone! Apart from the occasional flare up, usually when I’d been naughty and eaten cheese, but a visit to Sharon soon sorts that out.Recently I had an horrendous case of shingles. The pain was so bad I was unable to sleep. A call to Sharon (me in tears ) just to see if she could help me. Not only did Sharon ease the nerve pain the spots stopped itching! I actually couldn’t believe it..definitely magic needles.I continue to see Sharon every 3 or 4 weeks for treatment. And she will use baby needles if you’re a bit scared…or delicate.100% recommend

I just want to say what a great job Sharon did in making me pain free. I went along to her clinic for a regular acupuncture appointment for my arthritic knees. However I had pulled a muscle in my left shoulder and was in considerable pain. So Sharon took the session to concentrate on my shoulder. The treatment was a bit painful but the end justified the means as I walked out almost pain free. My shoulder is still a but swollen but thanks to Sharon's magic hands I am free from pain. I have RA, Fibromyalgia, Fatigue, ect, im 58, feeling 90, no energy, in bed most days, and taking pain killers 2/4 times a day, and my prescription for RA, I was at a loss about my pain, iv not had appointment with my consultant for 3 yrs, iv had phone calls, I called the help line, explained about my pain, they got back to me after 2wks, then a steroid injection was okd by my consultant, after another 2 wks, I do believe in acupuncture and other Chinese medicine, I found this wonderful Lady, called Sharon, iv been to see her 6 times, and im feeling so much better in myself, I dont take as much pain relief these days, I see a future with little pain that I can manage. Five months ago I was diagnosed with herniated and bulging discs. I was sent home with strong painkillers and left to my own. After three months I just couldn’t cope with the pain anymore and I was beginning to get really depressed.that’s when I discovered Sharon and all my hopes of a pain free life have been fulfilled. Sharon has been very understanding and she treated me with acupuncture and massages which left me feeling better each time I went to see her.Almost two months later I’m able to walk, bend and stretch with almost no pain at all and I’m going to be able to enjoy my holiday in Portugal in a few days.I can’t recommend Sharon enough .
