Just average.The food was overly spicy but I’m pretty sure they have spice ratings somewhere and I just didn’t read the menu properly. The one thing that I absolutely hated was that the prawns were not butterflied meaning they weren’t cleaned properly and didn’t have their intestinal tracts removed. I found that quite gross. I also got a virgin pina colada that was served with a humongous leaf in it. I think a slice of pineapple would’ve done fine.Nothing special about the service, just average. They took ages to bring out the food even though I could see it sat on the window for a few minutes. So the food was served lukewarm at best.While they do play nice music, it’s too loud. I found myself having to shout over the music to talk to my friends.

I ordered the Jerk Chicken Breast with Spicy Fries, and it was absolutely delicious! The hot sauces here are not for the faint hearted though. But you can always wash down the spiciness with the array of rums on offer here. Great place for a meal while in Oxford.

Great food and drinks! Chloe our server went above and beyond to make sure we were topped up on drinks at all times on a busy Friday evening! Would definitely recommend turtle bay Oxford!

Chris and Joel were great. Joel was a dedicated waiter offering to come off of his break to get us those sweet happy hour deals. Chris is new but works as if he is a lifelong member of the team. Superb!

We have just been for the bottomless brunch and it was fabulous.Our waitress Emily was super & attentive.She is a credit to the company.Food was lovely & the cocktails were great.We will definitely be booking again.

Came in on a busy Sunday afternoon - the drinks were so good and we were recommended the jerk chicken and goat curry. Jerk chicken was juicy and the goat curry was soft and delicious. We were warned that it was spicy, but it really was not spicy for those used to SE Asian curries. Portions were big, and service was super friendly. Highly recommend if you’re new to Caribbean food.
