I've had some really bad experiences with letting agents within the UK, but Robert Moy have been nothing but wonderful. If I had an issue, I'd email and it'd be sorted out within the week. They liaised brilliantly with the land lord and have really supported my partner and I through a tough time. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Robert Moy took over managing a number of properties we purchased as they were the managing agent previously. They gave us incorrect information which financially impacted us, which could have been resolved if they had taken responsibility for this, however this did not happen. It was always someone else's fault other than theirs.I would not recommend them on this basis

Estate agents tend to have a bad reputation for customer service. ROBERT MOY estate and letting agents, based in Norwich is the exception to the rule.Prompt, polite and responsive, all of my questions have been answered quickly and comprehensively. Any services that I’ve needed as a tenant have been organised efficiently and without discussion.I’d recommend Ollie …. Customer focus at its best !
