I told them a millions times that I did not want fibre & I didn't want holes in the walls. They sent city fibre to make holes regardless without consent from the occupants. The internet is not faste has these companies selling fibre claim to be! You end up with boxes and cables everywhere and slower internet. Finally I cancelled everything with them BUT they keep texting me about installing although I complaint and cancel my contract with them! No communication skills between them and their partners, completely disregards towards their costumers..very expensive and not reliable.My advise is go elsewhere and get 5G you don't need fibre to have internet and mine is working even faster.

Excellent service on both my visits at the shop on Princes Street, very busy on both occasions but waited no more than five minutes to be seen - my phone issues were complex but they were dealt with very professionally and in a caring helpful manner by staff, highly recommended. Thank you.

This store is an utter shambles. For a flagship location it’s an utter embarrassment.Drove 9 miles to pick up a phone only to find that the website is out of date in terms of closing time. Arrived at 6:18pm after the google page says they close at 7pm. Was turned away - because they are shut. An hours round trip wasted. For a communications company Vodafone Edinburgh is an utter joke!

So rude! Just grabbing my phone, removong the cover unnecessarily without asking me, going into my contacts without permission, asking colleagues instead of me. how to change segtings on my phone. Acting as if they'd never seen prspeiad vodafone data card from supermarket.

While they were friendly, they could never get our phone to function. Very irritating to need to come back after 24 hours to verify the service didn't work. Not impressed. Better things to do on vacation than wait hours in a cell phone place and walk miles out of our way. Do better.

I was very happy with the service at this store. The sales rep, Villius, was extremely helpful. He not only installed the sim card quickly with no problems, but he also gave us good suggestions for places we should visit while we are in Edinburgh.
