Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient but the best bit is that there's always someone on the end of the phone to speak to if you need help. Much better than be put in a queue for ages to speak to someone who hasn't got a clue. I'm thankful not to have to use any of the so called big players anymore!

He LISTENED, offered solutions and delivered a system that not only fitted our criteria but exceeded it as he included features we didn't even know existed, not expensive add ons as some companies do to try and upsell you, proper real world solutions included in the package. They really have partnered with us and as far as we are concerned at Yorkshire Loft Ladders it's a long term relationship. Your phone system is your vital link to the outside world and I would be extremely confident in recommending Claro to anyone.
