Swinger Hand Car Wash

Since I last visited Swinger Hand Car Wash it seems to have had money invested in the waiting area and new equipment. Excellent Car Wash and overall great experience. Will definitely visit again and now is the best hand car wash in the area.

I am a local , I wash my car fortnightly, but unfortunately your new guys the scratched my car really badly scrabbling a small mark outside car !!!!! On top of that was a rental car and I paid a lot to get pained !!!!!What staff you had before , doesn't compare with this young one @!!!!!Shame !!!!!

WHAT A SCAM!Went to have my car cleaned and vacuumed and was charged £30.00 for a terribly poor job.They have 5 tiers to choose from ranging from a basic clean to a premium clean.I asked for a number 2 but the man was insistent I needed a number 5 which would be £30 instead of the £16.00 I was willing to pay.He said my car was too 'dirty' (it wasn't) and I needed my car mats cleaning. I said fine, ill have a number 3 then (£18.00) which includes a mat wash. He was absolutely insistent that they couldn't clean my car at a number 3 and that it would still be dirty at the end. He was arguing about it with me in-front of other customers and being very intimidating and pushy.I was a young woman by myself and was pushed into saying ok because I was embarrassed and felt that I couldn't say no as his employees had already started cleaning the inside of my car at this stage.To make matters worse. The premium 5 valet should include a wax and t-cut which WAS NOT DONE. AND my car was still dirty in areas once they had finished.My boot wasn't touched, my dash was dusty and my mats still had some dirt on them!I will never go here again. What a total waste of money and a horribly intimidating experience.

Price has gone up to £15 for inside and outside clean for a small car.I took a 1 series that I consider a small car and after they finished I gave the guy a £20 note and he gave me £2 and just walked away leaving me £3 short.I do not know if that went straight in his pocket or if he was making more money for the boss but I will say that I will never use this rip off service again and I will tell all my friends who use this place to find somewhere else.If you are the boss of this valeting company I suggest you sort out your rip off staff before you end up with no customers.

Very professional and price friendly car wash. My ride was very clean in a blink of an eye. Small waiting booth with coffee & snack available.

Quality service, good prices. I took one star off because sometimes they miss few spots. Good location just off main road. My car always comes out very shiny! Quick workers too…

This used to be a great hand car wash but on my latest vist they now have a drying machine that you drive through. The top of ny car is covered in scratch marks! I'll have to get a respray now to prevent further damage. Avoid!

Very very bad service..given my car for full valeting (£65 charged).you can see the rest in photos..I don’t know how to explain this because I had a worst service from them.
