I was given full details of all things related to the car I purchased.I was allowed a full inspection of the vehicle and a full test, which also included driving.When we arrived the engine was already warm which is not necessarily the best impression, however it is understandable.Full details about the warranty they give and when dealing with the purchase we were allowed to use the Wifi and toilet facility.Warm and welcoming environment and people, who were nice and informative. 5 stars, thank you again for your work!

I recently purchased a BMW 4 Series from Joe. From the outset he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was particularly impressed by his intimate knowledge of the car and the specific options - a rarity nowadays. Joe allowed us ample time to inspect the car with absolutely zero pressure, and spent a generous amount of time test driving it with us. He went the extra mile in ensuring it was serviced and all minor niggles taken care of, even though the major service wasn't due for a while - it just goes to show HN is prestige in both name and action. Joe also pays extra to ensure each car comes with a top level warranty, free of charge.Overall this is probably my most positive buying experience yet, and I would absolutely recommend HN to family and friends. 10/10.

I travelled a long distance to buy a lovely Mini Cooper S from HN Automotive and would not hesitate to make the journey again if I was looking for another quality car in the future. The car was immaculately presented and there was no hard sell from Joe. The large number of HD photos on the website were very helpful in showing how good the car was and it was just as good when seeing it for real! I am happy to add my review to the other 5 star reviews already posted!
