Absolutely fabulous

went to get my golden blonde hair turned slightly more ashy and left with blue and green streaky hair. when i rang them up after i’d washed it at home to see if it looked any better which it didn’t and kelsey was screaming down the phone and calling me rude and that it looked “fine”. i spent £70 on going from blonde to blue and green which i didn’t want and was refused a refund or any sort of treatment to fix it. bad experience and very very damaged hair.

Stupidly tried to home dye my hair light blonde and it went ginger. I went to Lillie's and my hair is now a gorgeous light blonde, ready for the summer. Costa coffee and home made tablet while the colour developed. Superb.
