UPDATE; picked up this morningGreat experience ordering our new duster from Neil. Can’t wait to get it. Wasn’t pressured into anything we didn’t want to add to it. Will recommend to anyone.

Dales were great at helping us find the car we wanted and we are really happy with it. When we had to contact them to sort out a problem, it was sorted quickly and efficiently with minimal inconvenience to us.

Our car was showing a fault so rang Dales Scorrier and spoke to Marli. I explained we were desperate to get the car looked and back on the road as we were going away for a few days. All the staff worked above and beyond helping us. We can’t thank them enough especially Marli who put my mind at ease and explaining the situation.

My Further Revised Review-8th December 2023.Having had the Dash Cam changed, as Dales fitted the incorrect one in the first instance, I identified an issue with the Kenwood software. This software is an inergral part of the system as without the software you cannot edit recorded video. I contacted Dales, as they sold the product to me, and although I offered to meet them halfway with the cost of fitting/wiring, they didn't want to help and simply said it was an issue for me to sort out with Kenwood! I do not consider that Dales have adequately helped me with this issue, which I am now left to sort out. I consider this issue warrants my re-evaluation of the Review rating. Very disapointed with this attitude.

Very friendly staff, efficient and nothing too much trouble. Sam was very helpful and made the experience of buying a new car very easy. Would highly recommend.
