Wasted journey after trying to call the buisness team for days , they don’t pick up the phonesNot enough staff dealing with customers I watched two people just put there items down and walk out as there was no one on the tills for about 15 mins for a company like this really no excuse

Have visited twice looking to buy a TV. Each visit was looking at tvs for about 20 minutes.Needless to say I didn't but a tv, or am likely to.

Always find this store need more staff and staff that can be bothered to work would help those that do. Otherwise has everything you may need electronic.

Service lacks here, well when I was there. I was waiting around for patently for 10-15 mins near customer service, and staff walked by many times but never asked if I needed help. I had to approach them and was told I needed to be in a queing system, which I knew nothing about to be served. If they had told me, I could have added my name. When putting in my name, I was 8th in the que, I left and went to argos. Poor

Recently picked up a new contract over a few Weeks ago. Staff stood around talking and took a 45 min to be served. With my new contract comes with ear buds 2 with the package and they had none in store. I was told I will receive them in the post in a week or two and still no ear buds receive as of yet.
