Got my nails done as a last minute walk in and was welcomed & they took their time despite the fact that the shop closed at 7pm and I was there until 9pm!!! I recommend so much. The quality of the nails is amazing and I’m so happy with the results! 100% recommend.

Nice and friendly service. Nails are done quickly, precisely and according wishes. I have been doing my nails over 2 years so I can highly recommend salon. Short deadline.

*fake nameMy girlfriend has been coming here for the past three months and has had positive experiences. However at her last appointment she was made to wait 30 minutes. Obviously this is not the best start, however, was willing to overlook this. When she showed her nail tech the design she wanted, she was told that they were unable to do this she then showed them the back up design to which she was told again that it couldn’t be done. The nail tech kept referring to how little time he had, and said that the nails wouldn’t be perfect as he didn’t have time to make them so.It was at this point, another technician said they could’ve done the design. However, due to running late they simply said no. At the end of the appointment a trainee put the topcoat on her nails even though she had expressed that she needed to be out of the appointment by 7 o’clock as the appointment was booked for 5 o’clock originally leaving her ample time (or so she thought) this lead to topcoat going all around her fingers, and therefore the technician had to drill the topcoat off, which did cut her to which the nail technician said “ I have cut you, but you obviously didn’t feel it”. She didn’t want to write her review herself as she loves coming to the salon. However, this needs to be addressed as she wasn’t even offered a discount, which I think is appalling for everything that she had to go through. I believe compensation is necessary and hopefully something can be done as she does wish to come back.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has the good reviews that it does. The only reason I tried somewhere new is because I had a trip and needed somewhere close and quick.The nails look fine, which the only reason I’m giving an extra star, but the service was awful and the nails, like I said are just fine and mediocre.First of all, I was booked in for a full set and a gel pedicure. I did not get the pedicure. The full set took TWO hours and they didn’t even mention the pedicure and just had me pay. Along with the reasons in this review, I just didn’t have time to sit there for another 2 hours for a mediocre job.The nail tech repeated steps of filing like I’ve never seen before - about 3-4 different times including after the last coat (NEVER have I seen that before). He was very rough and hurt my nail bed a few times and just smiled and said sorry. And when he was filing, using his own nails he pressed down hurting me each time. The pressure he was using was insane.I asked him 2 times to make my nails thinner, by which he filed a little and then continued to file against my nail bed which I explained was not the part I was talking about. The actual middle to tip acrylic is so thick!! I haven’t had them this thick in years! I just gave up asking because he obviously wasn’t understanding and I just wanted to leave this appointment.The nails themselves look fine at a glance, but are extremely messy up close. I didn’t see much of the messiness until after I had left. I haven’t had a bad experience with a nail place in a long time. And even when I do, usually I haven’t attitude of “it is what it is” but this place had such good recent reviews compared to a few other places and I just completely disagree with the quality and professionalism.
