We've just had our kitchen and dining area transformed into a New England style family room.Billingham kitchens were one of a few firms we enquired with and admittedly they weren't the cheapest but nor by any stretch the most expensive.We had load bearing walls removed , bifold doors sourced and fitted. Windows and original doors removed , bricked up and replaced. The entire room and ceiling re-plastered. All new lights , plug sockets and switches installed.We choose the kitchen in store with Paul and Fraser who helped us through the many different styles , designs and colours. Each part of the kitchen is made to measure.We were given a quote and a schedule of work , which detailed each step of the build. Including structural engineers and building regs at SBC.I genuinely could not fault any of the tradesmen who turned up at the time and day stated were pleasant and unbelievably tidy!!!The same has to be said for Billingham Kitchens who were there every step of the way , ready to help and reassure during this whole process. Well done and a huge thank you to everyone involved. We definitely made the right choice with this firm.When the final bill arrived , it was just under the quote given at the start , as one piece of steel was not needed apparently!!When the decorating is finished I will upload , a before and after picture. (beginning of September)Brilliant , we couldn't be happier.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Frazer and the team of highly skilled professionals involved in our kitchen remodel. Everyone was lovely and made an amazing kitchen with first class appliances, quality units and flooring. Frazer made the planning of it all easy with great ideas and suggestions and we are very grateful to him. Special thanks to Peter and Ray for all their help.

So happy with the way our new kitchen looks.. Ray and Pete did a fabulous job installing our new cupboard doors and to a high standard.. totally lovely guys and very professional

Had our kitchen and bathroom done. Excellent service, all the tradesmen turned up when they should have, and did a great job. Paul and Fraser were always available for any questions.What sets someone apart, though, is when there is a problem,and how they deal with it . After the installation was complete, we noticed that there were a couple of marks in the glass of the shower enclosure. Paul came round, said yes, definitely a manufacturing problem, and arranged for the entire enclosure to be replaced.We would recommend Billingham Kitchens unreservedly.

Tried to rip me off and when I confronted Ian he turned really nasty...He is a con man and thinks everyone is a fool, that's why he turned so nasty and intimidating towards me..I was a Lone female in his shop and was very frightened by this experience..If you do decide to buy from here just be aware of the products you have picked and paid for as Ian will try and fob you off with a cheaper version but still charge you for the more expensive product

From Judith.Had a kitchen fitted by Magnet 2020- the granite work top chipped and the doors started to peel within months of fitting- long story...In the end asked BKL if could help and now have a kitchen that I am happy with doors and work surface fitted, above and beyond to work with an old house and old walls. And Frazer put up with my endless procrastination and changes of mind. Love being in my kitchen again.

I would highly recommend Billingham Kitchens. They provided excellent service throughout the project. From us walking in the door Paul and Frazer attended to our every request and our last minute changes. They kept us up to date with progress and the installation team were very hard working, professional and always ensured we were 100% happy with any of the work he carried out. Many thanks

Had new kitchen work tops sink and taps fitted excellent job absolutely love it. Would highly recommend Billingham kitchens will be using them for a new bathroom

Completely renewed kitchen. Absolutely over the moon with it, all people involved were top notch and cannot speak highly enough of the overall service. They listened to what I wanted and met all my needs. Highly recommend them. Thank you to all who were involved.

Purchased part of a worktop, nothing said about them being damaged on description or in person. Damage was cleverly hidden by masking tape that had the measurements written on them. Realised once I removed the masking tape that it was hiding damage. Owner is rude and abrupt and unwilling to sort as ‘my expectations are way out’. Maybe in future tell people they’re damaged, don’t intentionally cover the damage and write in the advert they’re damaged.
