Antique Restoration by Steven Charles Popple and Co

Sold me a completely defective item that has cost hundreds of pounds to rectify. Initially offered some reimbursement and then stopped returning messages. If this is how the owner chooses to act with personal items sold, I hate to think what some of the antiques are like under the surface!! A complete lack of honesty and integrity.

I purchased a rather neglected Collard and Collard square grand piano from 1825, after contacting Antique Restoration i was left in great reassurance it would be in great hands. I dropped the piano off in York in a brilliant workshop which was well equipped. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the piano and I left with high hopes it would be brilliant upon collection. However I was left speechless when collecting the piano. It looked better than the day it left the factory!If you ever need some restoration work, I highly recommend Steve and his team!
