Having stumbled at the first hurdle I did think we would never secure planning to replace our old stable block with a modern more user friendly barn till we were recommended Paul Matthews Architectural. From the outset Paul was professional, friendly and managed our expectations of what we could achieve and despite delays during the Covid Pandemic and slow communication from the council he kept us in the loop on everything and ultimately secured our planning. I would thoroughly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to secure planning for equine/agricultural development.

Paul is great at what he does. We have used his architectural services for all of our projects over the last few years including change of use, the reconfiguration & renovation of a dilapidated building and the creation of a parking space. We are in a conservation area with listed buildings & his knowledge and expertise in this area has been invaluable. All of our planning applications have been approved and he has helped us with planning enforcement too. Paul is great to work with and charges very fairly for the work he does. We would not use anyone else and feel very lucky to have him and his expertise. I would happily recommend him to others.
