Pleasantly pleased with the service from this company. Engineer who attended was very friendly and managed to unblock my washing machine quick but very efficient and recommended useful maintenance tips for future issues.If I need my appliances fixed again then I’d happily use ASG but also I have faith in recommending them to friends and family as we have always struggled with our appliance repairs in the past.

Terrible service! From the start I had to keep messaging them to get updates. After visiting and telling me I needed a new part, I then had to chase for a quote, once the quote was received I made payment right away. Over a week later I heard nothing, only when I messaged did they actually say they were ordering the part. Another 2 weeks later I'm chasing them up asking when's the part arriving and when is it going to be installed. No reply! Have now cancelled, raised a dispute with the charges on my credit card, and am now writing this review to warn any other potential victims!

Cancelled our Repair request well within the time limit and after issuing a refund receipt. we have had nothing. they have had our money in their account for over a month now with no response. we cant get them on the phone. avoid this company.

Please please please don’t book them in……. believe me they are big time scammers I booked them for my washer dryer and they charge you in advance and then you choose a date when someone can come and visit but believe me no one will turn up and when call the no they just say that someone from customer care will call you back but till date no one called me . Luckily I paid with Amex so I filed i dispute and I got my money straight away……. Beware Beware Beware *************

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!ASG took our money back in Feb, took 6 weeks for them to come out and now at the end of May I still don’t have the report for what is wrong, what parts are needed or when it can be fixed. We have emailed 3 times chasing for an answer and have been ignored and just waited for 30 minutes, yes 30 minutes to only give up as I can’t get through to anyone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Beware, use this company at your peril.They take your money and do —nothing. It must be some kind of scam.I paid £94.00 for a fixed price fridge repair subject to a £6.99 monthly care plan. They sent a local subcontractor after 1 week. He had been asked to quote them for the repair. After that nothing, no service engineer no communication no nothing.They will not reply to your phone calls or emails or, at this time, refund any money.

I booked and paid £146 for an engineer to repair my appliance and was told the engineer would contact me directly.when he didn't contact me I rang and was told they couldn't provide an engineer so I requested a refund and was told it could takeupto 10 days. I waited 14 days and rang them, no answer, I then emailed them, no reply. DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE - IT'S A RIP OFF. No phone call back no refund either!
