Really good service on the whole. I had ideas of what I wanted for my new central heating system but this turned out to be too expensive. Asfter a long consultaion with the staff I arranged a site visit and awaited their proposal. Unfortunatly it didn't arrive and as time went by I forgot to chase it up untill 8 weeks later. When I did they remembered the request and appologiesed profusly. A few days later the quotation was duly recieved and it is one I am happy with. I need to adjust a couple of things in the quote but that is for myself and nothing to do with the service of NHC.Pay them a visit for a massive insite into the world of heating, oh and ask to see their massive, and I mean Massive central heating system that is painted green...

Absolutely excellent service. The whole process was easy and we were well looked after . A clean job was done, and the building repair work we had done was as good as any you'll see.

Left a mess, leaving lunch packaging outside the house, nails throughout the house, I found this as i pulled it out of the sole of my shoe. Phoned the office to ask if they could be bit more respectful and to express my concerns. Then the next day I was confronted by the work men and made to feel intimidated in my own home, I didn't feel comfortable coming back home until they were gone. The log burner was not installed to the specifications that I had requested despite them having done a site visit.

I've bought two stoves from NHC over the last few years and been pleased each time. Friendly service and good communication. They completed the work professionally and cleaned up afterwards perfectly. Definitely recommend, but you may have to be patient for a fitting as they have high demand!

Purchased a stove in March 2021Parts missing and fitters had to return Wrong handle sent and waited again .. Still have not received the legally required Hetas certificate and now having issues with this barely used stove . Very reactive ,slow to respond and allegations regarding the use of the stove which they haven’t bothered to examine .Also very expensive compared to other suppliers .Customer care regrettable indeed and aggressive with it , sending emails late a night .

Sheila and the team have been amazing helping me with understanding the ins and outs regarding duel fuel log burners. Visited the show room omg never seen a choice like this before like child in candy store. Poor Sheila had to show me every stove as I was spoilt for choice gave her my budget and wow she found my perfect stove and granite and all within my budget nothing was too much trouble took 2 hours out of her day she remained calm professional and friendly as I was a fussy customer bless her but she got my custom x

Just had them fit a media wall. Tv, sound bar and log fire. Amazing job. Fantastic team from sales to installation. Clean, careful, tidy work. Nothing too much trouble, thoroughly recommend.

Dreadful service. Spent nearly £4K on a stove and additional chimney work. I've had to repaint stove and flue, roof tiles damaged around chimney by workmen. They refused to rectify and cost me another £965 to repair the damage. No customer service and rude with it. Avoid at all costs. Keen to take your money but no follow up service
