The staff were so nice and friendly they went out of their way to be helpful.The room was top class with a huge bed amazing shower and beautiful view of Belfast. The TV was amazing and the room was extremely clean.The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in over 24 countries I travel regularly staying in hotels. This hotel is by far the best it's so beautiful with awesome touch screen elevators and beautiful flooring and interior. The building alone is so beautiful.Insanely great price I felt like I was robbing them.This is the gold standard and nothing comes close

I stayed in this hotel last weekend with four friends. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and the food was excellent. Our room was another story. Our bathroom had no hand towels, the toilet seat was broke and the cold tap was broken. We had to clean our teeth with warm water. We were locked out of our room the second morning had to get key cards revaluated. Mix up on checkout charging one member of our party for three people. So while hotel is very central, food delicious, maintenance and housekeeping need to get their act together.

First time staying here and loved it. Friendly and welcoming reception. We had an family room which was very spacious. Extremely clean and well presented. Great decor, large TV and lovely comfortable beds had a great night's sleep. Very happy with tea tray and bottles of water. Nice having bathrobes and slippers.Highly recommend staying

We had a two day stay. Such a beautiful Hotel. Great staff. Great food. Handicapped friendly. This Hotel has some great history.We highly recommend it.BTW, no smoking allowed in the building. During our stay, some goofball decided to light up a cigarette in the bathroom. It set the fire alarm and woke everyone in the building. Don't be this person. Need to smoke go outside.

The rooms are small like most European hotels, the bathroom being completely surrounded in glass was interesting (know your travel mate well ;-) Clean clean clean like you would expect from a fine Hotel, service and food all excellent. Special shout out to Veronica who served us Tea!! She was fantastic! Location is prime and everything is close by. The elevator was different in that you had to select your floor before entering. Really very pleased with our stay here!

Having lived in Belfast for many years myself and my wife decided to stay in the Europa Hotel. The initial book in process was certainly professional but on entering our room on the ninth floor we discovered it was extremely cold. Reception was contacted seeking advice and we were advised someone would be sent up, 30 minutes later still no one, reception contacted again, again we were informed someone would be sent up. After a further 30 min and another call to reception we had a visit from a concierge and a manager who stated the temperature cannot be set high as will not work and should be set to 26 or lower. I asked if it would stay on and we were told yes. On returning to our room after a nice meal in the restaurant and some time in the piano bar we returned to a cold room again. The heating was off. I spoke to the duty manager and was told it goes off but has to be turned back on. This is certainly not what I would have expected from a 4 star hotel in 2023, the hallway should not be warmer than the room we are expected to sleep in! Although the duty manager appeared to be sympathetic and was apologetic but sorry and that’s the way the system works is not acceptable. I had to get up @ 330am and 6am to turn heating on again due to it turning off and room being cold. I find it hard to believe that when the temperature is reached the system just turns off! Logically I would be surprised the problem with heating in our room is not simply a faulty control and not the case that it has to be turned on again every few hours as suggested by the duty manager. Although the rest of our experience in the hotel was good the cold room, having to get up in the middle of the night to turn heating back on combined with the poor service we received is the reason for this review.

Christmas works dinner and it couldn't have went better. Great food, great prompt service and good entertainment. Its hard to pull off dinner for large crowds snd they did it extremely well..

This hotel was great. The rooms are big and the being able to watch Netflix made it even better. Opposite there are two very nice pubs. Just a short distance to other shops, bars and restaurants.Friendly staff. Would go back at any time!

I have just returned today after 3 nights in this fantastic hotel. The location is amazing! Honestly, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Rooms are compact but the comfort made up for this. Great choices for breakfast and all staff were extremely helpful.The only negative I could mention was the cleaning service. There was no fresh towels left by the cleaners and no mat for outside the shower which meant I had to use my one towel to mop up the floor. I had to contact reception for towels which arrived many hours later.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast.
