Just ordered a combination hamper and I'm sooo excited for it to be delivered!! The product is really good. Just what I hoped for. Packaged really well.It was delivered once and I wasn't in to receive, and as it was an age restricted gift they had to take it back to the depot. I contacted a really helpful girl Katie who was really helpful. She offered to get it redelivered at a date that suited me. Great customer service, thanks so much!!

Charlotte and the Happy Days Gift Team went above and beyond to help us with our 100 custom gift hampers. From start to finish they were amazingly helpful, and the end product was perfect - the whole team were really impressed. There was a slight supplier delay with one of the components of the hamper that I'd ordered. Katie was absolutely brilliant at communicating the nature of the delay to me, finding out when I needed the gift for and then going above and beyond to chase the missing order, ensuring it still reached me in time. The hamper arrived well packaged with all components pristine the very next day. The service received went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Happy Days about a large order and possible ideas. They helped me choose different products and sourced new ideas in order to fit my budget. The presentation was brilliant including the lovely cards that were supplied. The bags were all delivered to me on time and overall service was exceptional. Everyone loved the gifts!

The website was easy to navigate and the products were fairly priced. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was very fast! Our order was delivered by Royal Mail on a Sunday!I recommend this company and will certainly use their service again!

Done an order Tuesday 3rd October for delivery 5th October, the delivery address was incorrect. I emailed them about 8.30pm Tuesday evening and it said someone will respond within 24 hours. Katie responded within about 5 minutes, she sorted address out there and then. Said she will email me tge confirmation the next day and yes Katie did. Parcel was delivered on 5th to correct address. I would give them 100% customer service and 100% delivery. Definately will use them again and highly recommend them.Kind regardsCarol exer
