We purchased an engagement ring in 2016. The staff were very helpful and well informed. It was one of the places where we found we could get rings with precious stones that had been re-set from previous rings, so more sustainably sourced.This year we had a small problem with the ring and Paul agreed to take it back, cleaned and repaired it for us and quickly returned it with a new valuation. It looks as brilliant as ever.

We found this lovely jewellers 2 weeks ago when we was looking for gold charms for my charm bracelet. The ladies we met were absolutely lovely and so helpful! We purchased 3 charms and they were soldered onto my bracelet within the hour and for a fraction of the cost I have paid in the past. We will be definitely be returning soon. They also have a wide variety of other treasures all very reasonably prices!

I purchased a locket from here in July earlier in the year for £270, and have been informed it is isn’t worth more then £40.00 in a jewellers, as it’s classed as costume jewellery.At the time of purchase, I wasn’t informed any of this information, or that it wasn’t gold or stamped with hallmarks, it is just a coated brass locket.The only reason for attempting to sell, as it doesn’t match my current vintage 14CT chain.This was a birthday present, and I feel absolutely humiliated and taken advantage of, and now severely out of pocket, could just cry, as it feels like we have been scammed.That is almost a weeks wage.I wouldn’t recommend and advise others to not make the same mistake I did.The lady didn’t offer a receipt, printed or handwritten, simply just took the cash. I have attached a photo of the locket in question.

I was wandering the lanes hopelessly trying to find something meaningful for my sons 21st, I walked past so many jewelers... I'm so happy I decided to walk into this one. They have the most wonderful vintage and antique items. The lady there was so helpful, she listened and I felt no pressure to rush into anything. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.

This is my favorite jewelry shop in the lanes. More affordable than most. The quality is excellent for the price. Friendly service. Highly recommend. I bought a silver locket and really pleased with it. I always visit this shop when in Brighton. Don't hesitate to buy here.

I was lucky enough to visit this lovely shop & even though I couldn’t go in with my power chair the 2 lovely ladies running it were happy to bring me what ever I would like to view.After looking & listening to what they had to tell me I went away to consider my options & when I returned just before they closed their shop they welcomed me like an old friend it was really lovely.They wanted to make sure I was completely happy before I completed my purchase.I am so pleased I met them both & am over the moon with my antique chain.

Fantastic service. | was looking for something really special as a gift form my family after have a birthday and Christmas during lockdown. I got the most beautiful bracelet, one of a kind.The service was fantastic - Hilary is fabulous.She put me at ease and was extremely knowledgeable. Within a couple of days I received the valuation report for insurance purposes.I cannot speak highly enough about the friendliness and professionalism of this fantastic jewellers. I had such a lovely time in here today. Great range of pieces and the two ladies that served us were excellent. I spent a long time trying on necklaces to find the perfect one and never felt rushed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for jewellery in Brighton.

A small shop but with Big Help! A well established shop where I was able to make a perfect selection of many to buy. I think this shop be be the first you decide to go to in your search for your perfect item.I did and am thrilled. Superbly helpful staff too.
