Purchased Douwe Egberts coffee 2 jars. only two people working on check out, no notice to customers, that other customers could purchased items of food for home delivery in the shop.plus any till can deal with the home delivery. Extremely slow service.must be changed.branch 0812 SHIRLEY B-HAM.spoke the Manager..(Lady) very polite.

I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher because of my age. I thoroughly enjoyed spending the voucher and can only thank Iceland for making this available for OAP's. The prices are competitive and there is always a good selection. Thank you

Free 3hr car park at rear of shop. Store itself is decent for frozen food. Disappointed in their drink selection - go to Farmfoods for that.

Surprisingly good. Expected far worse but not sure why. Logical layout, well signposted. Still fresh as well as frozen. Frozen Virginia Sponge just as good as the fresh cake which Gregg's used to supply. Prices and product ranges were good too. Well visit again. The 1 hour free parking right outside the shop entrance helps as well.

It's a great big cold Island to the north west of the British isles and has volcanic activity. Great day out.As for the shop in Shirley, no idea. I went to Aldi and walked past Iceland on my way home.Seriously though. I haven't been in the Shirley branch for several years now but I've never had a bad experience and has some decent food.

The expenses had gone up. However, I managed to get some offers. I bought 3 family bottles of Robinsons apple and blackcurrant cordial, 3 bottles of Don Simon fruit juice and 2 boxes of bounty ice cream bars which were all on offer and which came in use.
