Cake Break

Really disappointed with the quality I received. I ordered a halloween themed cake for my partner and this is what I received. There was pink icing left in the orange piping, the spiders did not resemble spiders at all, there were big lumps in the chocolate layer, and the writing on top looked horrendous.I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but when we questioned the quality of the cake, they didn't seem to see a problem, and made excuses for everything that was wrong with it. It was clearly not to a standard to present to a customer, especially when it wasn't a cheap cake!I was really disappointed and wouldn't order a cake from here again. So, they might be okay for simple cakes but definitely wouldn't recommend if you want anything more.

I dont know how much to thank this shop for saving my life!!!!!! I was literally having a meltdown. I had a birthdsy party planned for my best friend i ordered a cake from someone online and it was a total disaster! i was close to tears…. then i searched on google and FOUND CAKE BREAK shop I called they said come in. I was so happy this was around 12 noon and my party was supposed to start at 4pm and I had no cake. I went explained my situation the staff was so amazing and helpful and they are just simply angels they happy said they will save me from total embarrassment. They produced the most amazing beautiful perfect cake for me. I was sooooooooo happy and the cake is so tasty and beautiful please see pics attached. They made this cake same day order within 4 hours and it was delivered if you dont use this shop you are a fool.

I have been using Cake Break for years and they have never failed to deliver. Their cakes are always fresh, fluffy and delicious. They are professional and always cater to my needs. I can't recommend them enough.My latest order, not only looked stunning, but tasted phenomenonal. Thank you for always providing us with amazing cakes. We will be continuing to use your services for years to come.

I have had in excess of 10 cakes from Cake Break, for various events over the years. Every cake has tasted amazing with lovely comments from all the family. I always give a broad theme to the baker and she is always lives up to challenge. The kids insist on getting cake slices/desserts when we are in the area - much to my delight! Will be back in a couple of weeks to get a cake for my daughter....can't wait! Edit - amazing cake from Cake Break for my daughters birthday, thank you so much!

Absolutely shocking. Got a “fresh” cake for 30th, fruit was rotten cake was dry and tasted disgusting. This isnt the first time! Contacted them and was told the owner would contact me, been 5 days i requested an update to now be told i should email if i want to raise a complaint. Shocking cake and customer service. Had over 10+ cakes from here each year, will never order again. Appalling
