Chris really helped us out…my Mum’s front door keep had snapped.Carers needed to get in..within 45 minutes the job was done.I was not “ripped off”,and Chris will be doing some more work for us later this week.I cannot recommend any higher..the service,response and price were all excellent.Well done Chris.

Just had my front and rear doors serviced. Chris came around and checked the doors, talked me through the issues and serviced the doors. After natural wear and tear from daily use, the handles were jamming and the mechanisms were not working smoothly.The doors feel much better now and we received good advice on future maintenance.Chris was friendly, polite and efficient and I'd definitely recommend Long's Locks
