Howlers Grooming

Thank you Michelle for taking care of Seren who was very nervous. She lòoks fab. Very pleased thank you again.

Messaged explaining that I had a nervous dog and was reassured that grooming would still be possible. The first groom was done perfectly and we were very happy with the results. We tried to book again but had two appointments cancelled for personal reasons which was understandable. When we managed to make a second appointment we were reassured that our dog could stay for the groom without one of us being present. We specifically asked for her head to be left alone and body shaved, like last time. Her head had no knots or matting so it wasn’t necessary to shave it. Against our wishes, the groomer shaved her entire body and head down to the skin. No communication regarding why this was done was given. I’m extremely disappointed and we won’t be coming back, which I’m sure the groomer won’t mind anyway!

Michelle is a lovely groomer she has a kind and gentle way with the dogs. I have recommended her to a few people.
